   Hello, can 4 units of 2 bedroom flat fit into a 100*100 piece of land?

   I want 4 units of 2 bedroom flat on one side and another 4 units on opposite side, can it fit?

      One block of 6 units 2 bedroom flats will fit into that plot size. 2 floors is allowable in that area (ground and first floor).We assume the street is off Adeniran Ogunsanya.
      If on the main Adeniran Ogunsanya street more than 2 floors is allowed but it’s mostly commercial and not residential. Regards.

   I have a left of over piece of land measuring lenght=10m and breadth = 8m.
   Can it fit half of this design that is 2 units of 2bedroom ? One unit upstairs and one unit downstairs

      Dear Mekams, Half of the plot is 10×12 meters. Hence it will not fit. However, one which fits can be done. Regards.

   Are the quoted prices prices for the plans inclusive of all working drawings – floor plans, elevations, sections, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings? If not, kindly advise the cost of obtaining all drawings required for applying for building plan approval
