   This is a most beautiful design! We are planning on building a house forthwith in Ghana, and looking for good design ideas. We came across this one and also duplex Ref 4039, and very interested.

   Are you able customise both design to scale down to a third bedroom?

   Can this design fit into a plot of land of about 600sqm.
   If not what size?
   Pls let me have an idea of the inside plan,I love this plan
