   Dear nigerianhouseplans,
   This plan is nice. Can you modify this for a 4 bedrooms ensuite and remove the master bedroom on the first floor?
   Can you add a guardhouse or boysquater at the plot entrance?
   What would be the estimated cost to build it now?
   How much Will cost the modified plan ?

   Nice house.
   Can you make it 2 bedroom each 2 flats on first floor.
   2nd floor, 4 bedroom self contained. Large master bedroom.
   What would you charge for this modification and complete plan?
