      price depends on scope of what you want. Once that is agreed upon, a price can be given.

         I do not really know what you mean by the scope. I gave the size of the piece of land and description of the house.

            Good day Sir,
            I did not get the requirements clearly as per your message:
            “I want a 2bedroom flat, 2flats and a boys quarter behind 4 single room.”
            The part that mentions “a 2 bedroom flat” and “2 flats” thereafter is quite unclear.
            Hence, I could not give a price.

               I meant 2bedroom, a master’s bedroom, another single room a kitchen, and small storage room and a sitting room, that is in one flat, the other flat just two normal rooms sitting room and a kitchen and just one toilet so making a two flat bungalow, and then a boys quarter behind this bungalow of 4single rooms and an external toilet. I have a piece of land of 600meters square

      Dear Giddy, 36 by 28 meters plot can take eight units of two-bedroom flats… that is two blocks of flats. Regards.
