   This a little too big for what i want.
   Just Want four flats of two bedrooms each on a plot of land. That is two down two up.
   With a modern touch.
   What’s the cost like.
   What you have here is on the high side for me.

   Pls i just want to ask, the cost of building this project.
   3 bedroom block of flats (Ref.3032).

   Will two plot of land be enough for it?

   Also if i paid for the plan, how do i get it.

   1. What are the drawing list that comes with a purchase?
   for example:
   Foundation Plan
   Floor plan
   Roof plan
   Sections
   Elevations
   Schematic electrical layout
   Door and window schedule
   Details etc?

   2. For a custom design plan, how long does it take you to deliver on them?

      Modification design schedule differs based on the scope. A week to two weeks is mostly fine.

    I like the external plan view, it looks pretty, however can this fit for 50 by 200 ?
    If yes can you change the shape of the FV column and give a cheaper cost parapet design?
    Also… will i get to see the 3D of internal structural work
