What is the cost to obtain this plan?.
what will be the total cost to complete the project?. And the estimated cost for the plan ref 4051. i need to make comparision vis a vis my purse before deciding on which plan to buy.
I have 60X120 ft plot of land, Will this sit properly on the plot and still leave enough space?.
What is the lenght and breadth of the building in Feet?
Is the price of the plan negotiable?
Do i still need an architect locally to supervise?
