   I would like to buy the plan but would like to be assured of the functionality of the layout of the layout prior to buying the whole package. What is the cost of buying just the layout and if I like it I’d pay the balance and buy the whole package.

          I am falling in love with the exterior of this five bedroom house. Please how much did it cost to build? I would like to erect one of this kinds in my village. And how much did it cost for the entire plan? Though, I have not seen the interior but I will modify the interior a bit. Does it have an office space, double stairways and media room?        This plan look royal . How much will it cost build this designs with a very good and economical Engineer? And secondly, does it make sense to make this type of plan as four flats not as duplex ?

    I will modify the interior to include an office space, at ground floor and double stairways?

    Will the product (full designs drawing) comes with approved / stamp of certified Architect?

    Please provide the more information e.g. minimum plot size require.

       Dear Lanre, thanks for the compliment. Yes it can be modified. Yes it comes with professional stamps. However, approval is paid to government. Plot size is 60x110ft.
