i love your designs. very impressive. i have a 50 by 100 plot size. i want to use half of the plot for a four bedroom duplex. and the other half for two 2 bedroom apartments. is this feasible. i need designs that can fit into my plans.

I really interested in this plan to build on my two plots of land that’s 100×140 feet in Ghana.     Another 450sqm plot of land; how many 3 bedroom flats can it contain to leave adequate space for parking.

    Dear Faith, Do you mean in a bungalow or one storey building? It’s not advisable if it’s a bungalow due to space constraints but if you’re going one floor up, that’s fine.

This is a great design and it fits perfectly into my plan to build apartments for investment purposes. Please could you advise on the cost of procuring this design and the estimated cost of building? What are the features of the flats e.g. are all rooms ensuite, visitor’s toilet, standard room size? Will this sit comfortably on a plot of land with enough space for parking?

I am lucky to have come across your website after searching google for a while.
I have a land (2 plot) and would like to have on it: 1) a three storey building having 3 BR apartment on the right and 2 BR apartment on the left. 2) I would also like to have a second three storey building having 4 nos of single room self contain on the ground floor and the second and third floor should have three (3) nos of room and parlor self contain each.

I would like to know the feasibility of this as well as the cost of the design and also the cost implication of such a project. Also any advice would be welcome.
